Most Doll Making Supplies shipped by Priority Mail in Zones 1-4 but in Zones 5-8 I will calculate the least expensive shipping for you....Priority or Parcel Post effective  2009 because of new shipping rates.  Most Angels will be shipped Parcel Post...especially in Zones 5-8 to save on shipping.  Because of the new "Dimensional-Weight" rather than actual weight for boxes over 1728 cubic inches, I will have to figure the cheapest way to ship for your zone and let you know by phone or email.

Returns/Refunds Policy

   Exchanges gladly done up to 14 days...customer responsible for all shipping cost and if shipped internationally customer is responsible for any custom costs..

Returns for refunds gladly done on online ready made handmade angels minus all shipping cost up to 14 days.

All Porcelain Head, Feather Wings and craft supplies shipments can be returned for for a refund minus shipping costs. 

All products must be returned in good unbroken condition.  Refund will not be issued until all product is returned in good condition.
